Whatever happened to the "Good Life"? Is it possible anymore? Are you wondering how to get it for yourself? In this results focused and life transforming workshop, you will learn to live deliberately and to create a fulfilling life rather than have the outside world create it for you. You will experience:
- Self Awareness: With self examination and feedback from others, you will be able to articulate your core identity, strengths, gifts, values and definition of success.
- Life Inventory: What’s working and what needs to change? Honestly assess where you are today in order to begin to shift your consciousness to a mindful place. A place that allows you to see the possibilities.
- Living with Intention: Clearly define what you want for your life and walk away with a Mission and Vision statement in alignment with who you are.
- Overcoming the Barriers: Understand what’s draining you, the tyranny of “shoulds” and how to build your support system.
